Requirements:

Currently enrolled in Information Technology
Willing to render at least 3 months
Willing to work remotely

Qualifications:

Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Google Office Suite
Interest in IT Admin work
Strong technical, analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Knowledge in Computer hardware, software, and Operating System (Windows and macOS)
Understanding of TCP/IP, IP Address, and LAN technology including switching and routing
Knowledge of basic setup and configuration of Cisco devices such as routers, switches, and access points
Experience in Pfsense
Able to document operating procedures and processes
Can adapt to a fast-paced environment and wiling to perform various tasks

Responsibilities:

Solves IT related tickets
Helps the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
Assists with troubleshooting issues
Organizes and maintains IT resources
