- Assist in resolving IT issues and user requests in a timely manner.
- Provide technical support to end-users on hardware and software-related problems.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or in-person.
- Assist in maintaining hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the IT team on various projects and tasks.
