OBJECTIVE:
Drive sales and manage customer support across various marketplaces and sales channels such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify. Enhance brand awareness, solidify market positioning, and increase revenue.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Customer Support and Interaction
- Handle customer inquiries and manage transactions across all eCommerce channels.
- Provide timely and effective customer service to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Proactively manage and respond to customer chats, feedback, reviews, inquiries, complaints, logistics, returns, and refunds, ensuring all actions comply with platform SLAs and company guidelines.
- Act as a crucial liaison between customers and the company, enhancing customer relations and satisfaction.
2. Business Development Growth
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database and feedback hub to foster a strong customer community.
- Engage in business development activities such as optimizing sales and marketing strategies on marketplaces, managing social media interactions, and collaborating with partners and creators to support promotional activities and strengthen partnership relations.
3. Support Direct Leader
- Assist the direct leader with various duties and support all business growth-related activities, including strategy development, market research, and campaign execution.
- Conduct research to understand customer preferences and market trends.
- Collect and use feedback & insights to improve business decisions and grow business sales.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by superior.
REQUIREMENTS:
Skills and Qualifications:
- Last Semester students only.
- Stay in KL/Selangor.
- Local Malaysian candidates only.
- Proficiency in both English and Malay (both written and spoken). Mandarin is a plus.
- Proficient with design and editing tools like CapCut and Canva.
- Skilled in using Google Apps, including Google Sheets and Google Drive.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and marketplaces such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
