Duties:

Vnotion Materials Sdn Bhd

Handle general administrative duties, including documentation and maintain filing system.
Key in day-to-day transactions in computer system.
Prepare petty cash transactions and reimbursement.
Request invoice and statement of account from suppliers on monthly basis.
Record daily production output, and in and out shipment record.
Follow up with the incoming raw materials outgoing shipment status.
Update monthly workers’ overtimes and attendance records.
Ensure proper maintenance of purchasing documentation and records.
Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.

Employment Requirements:

Possess or currently persuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Office Management, or a related field.
Proficient in MS office
Able to communicate in English and Malay.
Ability to work and communicate well with others.
Punctual, hardworking, reliable, independent, and pleasant personality.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
