Interact with customers to address inquiries and provide information about our products and services.
Process customer purchase orders (POs) in SAP, including PO acknowledgment, delivery status updates, and billing.
Coordinate with factories to process purchase orders for all customer POs.
Manage shipment commitments, delivery arrangements, and payment follow-ups with customers.
Update the Open Order Report (OOR) weekly to keep track of customer orders.
Communicate confidently and professionally while addressing complex customer issues.
Assist with reception duties, including handling phone calls and email inquiries

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM500.00 per month
