Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Management/Drafting Intern to join our team.

This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in the drafting department,

estimating, and management, contributing to the design and planning, and eventual construction of modular

buildings for numerous industries across the country. The intern will gain hands-on experience in creating detailed

floor plans & drawings by using industry-standard software and working alongside our drafting team. This intern

will also have the opportunity to learn the estimation process and project management process of jobs allowing

them to learn the ins and outs of multiple departments and build their overall skills.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the drafting team to design and develop floor plan mock-ups and detailed architectural drawings.

· Utilize Revit and the Autodesk suite of software to create accurate and functional prints for various building types.

· Assist in modifying existing designs and plans to meet specific project requirements.

· Participate in project meetings and provide input on design challenges and solutions.

· Ensure all drawings and documentation comply with company standards and client specifications.

· Support the drafting department with additional tasks and projects as needed.

· Cover estimating techniques

Qualifications:

· Currently in construction management or a recent graduate of a degree program in Drafting, Architecture,

Engineering, or a related field.

· Proficient in Revit and other Autodesk software.

· Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and functional design.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

· A proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.

· Previous experience in drafting or a similar role is preferred but not required.

· Possesses a self-starter attitude (we move fast here)

· Be able to read and translate prints clearly
