We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Information Technology Intern to join our dynamic IT team. Duties

- Assist staff by providing support on hardware and software-related issues, ensuring they can work efficiently.

- Help with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting new server systems, hardware, and software under supervision.

- Regularly plan and review system maintenance tasks, including loading programs and data, monitoring performance, reporting any technical issues, and assist in resolving them promptly and providing possible solutions to improve performance.

- Learn and follow established procedures for maintaining computer systems, gaining hands-on experience in routine tasks.

- Support the training of staff in basic computer systems and software usage, helping them navigate new technologies.

- Participate in performing system backups and maintain accurate records, ensuring data integrity and security.

- Engage in researching and recommending potential solutions for technical challenges, contributing to team problem-solving efforts.
