Job Description: IT Support Intern
Position: IT Support Intern Location: Dublin, OH Hours: 20-30 hours per week (on-site)

As part of our commitment to maintaining efficient operations, we are seeking a motivated IT Support Intern to assist with technical support, system maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks in our office. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support within a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop support for in-office staff, ensuring hardware and software issues are resolved promptly.
- Troubleshoot and maintain Windows 365 systems.
- Assist with basic SharePoint and Power Automate troubleshooting, coding and support.
- Perform hardware diagnostics and repair.
- Support network connectivity troubleshooting for office devices and users.
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to address IT-related needs.
- Perform routine IT administrative tasks such as managing user accounts, software updates, and backups.
- Apply basic web development knowledge minor internal website updates or troubleshooting.
- Document and maintain records of IT issues, solutions, and updates for reference.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems.
- Prepare a daily to do and accomplishments summary list.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in desktop support, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Laptop configuration, adding memory, changing batteries, un/installing software…
- Strong working knowledge of MS Windows, Office Suite, Outlook, 365...
- Working knowledge of QR codes (Quick Response code)
- Working knowledge of API (Application Programming Interface).
- Knowledge on Ethernet wiring (color coding, crimping, wire splits, RJ45 connectors).
- Good working knowledge of web development tools and languages.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication (written & verbal) skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills (Optional but beneficial):
· Knowledge of SharePoint and Power Automate.
· Familiarity with ticketing systems or IT service management tools.
· Exposure to scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python).
· Awareness of various IT best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.54 - $17.19 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
