- Graduate in Information Technology
- Proficient in Windows operating system
- Knowledge in troubleshooting and repair
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate knowledge in Linux
- Knowledgeable in Networking
- Knowledgeable in PFsense or another firewall
- Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
- Knowledgeable in PHP, HTML and MySQLDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:.
- Responsible for office network such as router configuration, switch management and
- Cabling.
- Support office internet, landline and access points
- Laptop repair and troubleshooting
- Software installation
- Responsible for training the user in proper use of hardware and software
- Configuration and maintenance of CCTV and biometrics
- Support E-mails and other FH application
- Security of all IT peripherals
