Graduate in Information Technology
Proficient in Windows operating system
Knowledge in troubleshooting and repair
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Intermediate knowledge in Linux
Knowledgeable in Networking
Knowledgeable in PFsense or another firewall
Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
Knowledgeable in PHP, HTML and MySQLDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:.
Responsible for office network such as router configuration, switch management and
Cabling.
Support office internet, landline and access points
Laptop repair and troubleshooting
Software installation
Responsible for training the user in proper use of hardware and software
Configuration and maintenance of CCTV and biometrics
Support E-mails and other FH application
Security of all IT peripherals
