Internship for Legal/Law Students
Damansara Heights - Kuala Lumpur
During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Group Legal team in supporting the Group’s businesses in the Asia region
- Reviewing and commenting on legal documents and contracts.
- Preparing letters, minutes of discussions and managing project related information and documents
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Interpreting the relevant laws and regulations and assist in providing solution driven advice to the business
- Assisting in Group Legal Compliances global initiatives, projects and compliance training programme
- Assisting in improving the Group Legal Compliances online resources for the business team
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, adaptable and detail oriented
- Willing to learn and enjoys problem solving
- Excellent command of English language both spoken and written
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Minimum internship period of 3 months
- Minimum 3.20 CGPA
