HR Intern - Talent Acquisition
Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the recruitment process and gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to learn the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You’ll collaborate with the HR team to attract top talent and help ensure a seamless recruitment experience for candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various roles across departments.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in organizing career fairs and recruitment events.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts by helping to create recruitment-related content for social media and job boards.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
- Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring a welcoming experience.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Passion for talent acquisition and interest in recruitment processes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and any recruitment tools is a plus.
- Willingness to work from the office (WFO) in Jakarta.
- Ready to join immediately.
