Job Description:
As an Outreach Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in expanding Hiteta’s presence in the Singapore market by collecting, organizing, and verifying potential client databases. Your main responsibilities include:
1) Market Research & Data Collection:
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers in the Singapore market (tech companies, startups, enterprises).
- Utilize LinkedIn, company websites, and other resources to collect contact details and company insights.
- Organize and structure collected data in an efficient and accessible format.
2) Data Verification & Enrichment:
- Cross-check and validate contact information to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Segment data based on industry, company size, and potential demand for Hiteta’s services.
- Identify key decision-makers (CTOs, HR managers, procurement teams).
3) Initial Outreach & Engagement:
- Assist in creating email and LinkedIn outreach templates.
- Support the team in testing outreach messages and tracking response rates.
- Gather insights on potential client needs and interests.
4) Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to refine targeting strategies.
- Maintain detailed reports on data collection progress and outreach results.
- Provide weekly updates on new leads, verified contacts, and engagement insights.
Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2. Strong research skills and attention to detail.
3. Familiarity with LinkedIn, email tools, and basic data entry.
4. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
5. Good communication skills in English (written & verbal).
6. Interest in tech and outsourcing industry is a plus.
