In this Role, you’ll get to
- Contribute to social media marketing plans across the different Trip.com products.
- Assist in the production of social media contents, including different channels and formats such as short-form videos.
- Research Indonesian consumer behavior to propose fit and localized content to increase awareness and engage with our target audiences through variety of posts and platforms.
- Collect performance metrics to measure results.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth across the industry. Performing other duties when needed.
What you'll Need to Succeed
- Aptitude with various social media platforms as well as the data tracking tools associated with them.
- Good skills in social media content; planning, production, execution including video creation and copywriting.
- Innovative, creative, able to produce brilliant ideas and contents with originality.
- Knowledge and high interest on travel industry and OTA
- Good teamwork spirit, multitasking and quickly adapt to fast-paced environment and the rapid changes of business conditions. Good in English (written and verbal) to work in multicultural working environment.
