Job Description
Tasks:
- Support in HR Digitalization Projects and Human Capital Analytics
- Assisting with costs and process analysis, simulation and forecasting for various cost centers for Business Plan 2025 preparations for HR Department
- Assisting in survey preparation & data analytics related assignments
- Summarizing big data into presentable visualization formats
- Supporting in HR Generalist topics and General Department Administrative Tasks
- Support in overall Country HR topics including but not limited to Learning & Development and Resourcing
Projects:
- Assisting with HR Department process improvement projects
- Digitalization and Automation of HR processes
Qualifications
- Candidate pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business Management, Human Resource discipline, or a related field
- At least 4 months of internship attachment with Bosch
- Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate to advance analytics skills (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
- Digital literacy and creative media (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator) knowledge are an added advantage
