Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manual Tester to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in software testing. As a Manual Tester, you will be responsible for testing and validating software applications to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough manual testing of software applications, identifying bugs and inconsistencies.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
- Perform regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Report and track defects, working closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand requirements and ensure quality assurance processes are adhered to.
- Verify and validate product features in both development and pre-production environments.
- Document test results and create detailed reports on findings and improvements.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss test strategies, progress, and challenges.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Internship experience or any prior exposure to software testing.
- Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of manual testing techniques and tools.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders.
