Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating, editing and curating engaging content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- Support the social media team in planning and executing social media campaigns.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
- Conduct research on current trends and audience preferences to optimize content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop new ideas for social media content.
- Assist in analysing social media metrics and generating reports on performance.
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all social media platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, tools, and trends.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Strong passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Comfortable being featured in videos as part of the brand.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual aesthetics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
