Scope/Deliverables

Content Development

Assist in ideation/drafting brand-related materials such as brochures, presentations, and internal communications.
Support the team in creating engaging visuals, infographics, and branding templates.

Brand Asset Management

Help maintain the company’s brand assets, ensuring that all materials are up to date and aligned with corporate guidelines.
Organize and manage digital archives for easy retrieval of branding resources.

Campaign Support

Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of branding campaigns, both internal
and external.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather input and approvals for branding initiatives.

Market Research

Conduct competitive analysis and gather insights on industry trends to support branding strategy development.
Identify opportunities for improving brand visibility and positioning.

Project Assistance

Contribute to the development of branding strategies for new product launches, corporate events, or sponsorships.
Track the progress of branding projects and ensure deliverables are met within deadlines.

Stakeholder Engagement

Support in preparing branding pitches, proposals, or client presentations.
Assist in organizing workshops or training sessions related to branding awareness for internal teams.

Quality Assurance

Review branding materials for consistency and accuracy in messaging, design, and tone.
Provide suggestions for improvement to ensure materials reflect the company's brand identity.
