RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Management:
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and professionally.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, website traffic), and generate reports.
Content Creation:
- Assist in creating high-quality written content for various marketing channels, including social media captions and marketing materials.
- Conduct research and gather information to support content creation.
- Assist with creating and editing visual content, such as images and videos.
Market Research:
- Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis.
- Gather data on target audience demographics, interests, and behaviors.
- Assist in analyzing market trends and identify new opportunities.
General Marketing Support:
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Support the development and maintenance of marketing materials.
- Attend marketing meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Assist with other marketing-related tasks as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently pursuing a diploma/ bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Freshgraduate is open to be considered (0-1 year)
- Strong interest in digital marketing and social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and innovative thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work 3x a week offline at KL Office
Please note that the role is assigned to work with normal working days (Monday-Friday) and this is a PAID INTERNSHIP.
