Responsibilities
- IT Helpdesk, Support & Projects:
- Follow up on data consolidation and helpdesk calls.
- Automation of IT Operations.
- Development/Enhancement on Project & Support Dashboards.
- CDM & Application Support:
- Assist users, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions.
- Collect, analyze, and report data for informed decision-making in collaboration.
- Software Development:
- Low code and no code development.
- Web and mobile application development.
Requirements
- Candidates must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Software Engineering or equivalent from recognized universities with minimum current CGPA 3.0.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Preferably at least 4 months of internship period.
- Willing to be based in Ipoh.
