Role Overview
Join Maxis as a Cybersecurity Intern and contribute to developing enterprise cybersecurity services. Collaborate with internal teams to create a security framework and roadmap, support go-to-market initiatives for the Security Operations Center (SOC) and related services and assist in planning future security projects. This role offers hands-on experience and exposure to the evolving field of cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities
- Cybersecurity Service Development: Assist in creating a "Cybersecurity as a Service" offering tailored to meet the needs of Maxis Enterprise clients.
- Framework and Roadmap Creation: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop a robust security framework and a long-term roadmap to address enterprise security needs effectively.
- GTM Initiatives for SOC: Participate in go-to-market (GTM) projects for Security Operations Center (SOC) services and associated value-added solutions.
- Strategic Security Planning: Contribute to the planning of the security roadmap, providing input on future cybersecurity projects and initiatives.

- Passion for Cybersecurity: A genuine interest in protecting data and systems from threats.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Ability and enthusiasm to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including technical, marketing, and sales professionals.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical mindset to evaluate security challenges and propose actionable solutions.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills to convey complex security concepts effectively.
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
