Key Responsibilities
- To support applications at a basic level while also contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the support function.
- To response to user inquiries and troubleshooting basic issues related to the supported applications. This could involve providing guidance on how to use certain features, resolving login / authentication problems, or addressing common errors.
- To develop and improve documentation such as user guides, FAQs, or troubleshooting articles to assist both users and support team members. They may also contribute to building a knowledge base to facilitate faster resolution of common issues.
Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge
- Pursuing degree in Information Technology
- Familiar with Microsoft Office components, especially Excel
- Must be comfortable and literate with computer / laptop usage
- Good communication skills - written and verbal
- Able to work independently
