Job Title: Internship in admin

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Employment Type: Internship

Allowance: RM 2500 – RM4000

Key Responsibilities

Assist Real Estate Assistants and Senior Real Estate Assistants with property-related tasks, including documentation, client follow-ups, and property listings.2. Support the Director with administrative duties, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports.3. Conduct market research and analysis to provide insights into current property trends.4. Help organize and participate in property viewings, exhibitions, and promotional events.5. Maintain accurate records of property transactions and client information.6. Handle ad-hoc tasks and errands as assigned by the team or management.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).4. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (additional languages are a plus).5. Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
