About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Mass Communication student to join our Sales and Marketing team as an intern. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and communication techniques while working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients or customers.
Support the team in preparing sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Marketing Campaigns

Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline).
Manage social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content.
Help in designing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and email templates.

Customer Engagement

Support in organizing promotional events or product launches.
Assist in maintaining customer relationships through email, phone, or face-to-face communication.
Collect and analyze feedback from campaigns and events to improve future strategies.

Administrative Tasks

Maintain records of sales, marketing materials, and client interactions.
Assist in generating regular reports on sales performance and campaign success.

Job Requirements

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
Passionate about sales and marketing with a creative mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
