Get to know the role:

You'll assist with administrative tasks, data management, and project support. Ideal for students pursuing a degree in Business Administration or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Assist the manager in day-to-day tasks such as handling phone calls, managing emails, taking meeting minutes, filing documents & coordinating appointments.
Data Management: Update and maintain databases, records and files with accurate and up-to-date information.
Project Assistance: Collaborate with different departments to provide assistance in ongoing projects. This may involve research, data analysis, and preparing presentations.
Special Events: Support in organizing company events, workshops or meetings as required.
Learning & Development: Take advantage of the learning opportunities during the internship to grow professionally and gain insights into business operations.

You should have:

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
Has at least 4-6 months of internship duration.
Strong verbal communication skills in English is essential for effective interaction within the team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc) and other relevant software tools.
Attention to detail: Possess a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in document preparation and administrative tasks.
Time management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
