Key Responsibilities:

1. Systems Analysis and Design Support: Assist the MIS team in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and designing solutions to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

2. Database Management: Participate in database management activities, including data entry, cleaning, validation, and maintenance tasks to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

3. Software Development Assistance: Support software development projects by assisting with coding, testing, debugging, and documentation tasks under the guidance of experienced developers.

4. User Support and Training: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and assist in developing and delivering training materials and user manuals for new systems and applications.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in analyzing data using MIS tools and techniques, generating reports, and presenting findings to support decision-making processes within the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Strong interest in MIS and a desire to gain practical experience in the field.

3. Basic knowledge of database concepts, programming languages, and software development methodologies.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

6. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
