Duties

Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for end-users
Support IT staff in software and hardware installations
Help maintain and update documentation of IT processes and procedures
Participate in IT projects under the guidance of senior team members
Learn about network configurations, system administration, and cybersecurity practices

Skills

Strong interest in information technology and a desire to learn
Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Effective communication skills to interact with team members and end-users
Nice-to-have: Familiarity with quantum engineering concepts
