Duties and Responsibilities

To effectively perform the duties of a IT Intern, individuals must be able to demonstrate a number of competencies that are essential to the position, which include:

Assist the IT department when it comes to the day-to-day IT operations, functions, and duties.
Assist in IT related requests including inventory and encoding.
Assist in technical and desktop support requests - included laptop, printer, and other IT equipment.
Assist in managing and responding tickets with company's ticketing system.
Collaborate with other IT team members to improve IT processes.

Qualifications

The candidate must possess the following:

Currently pursuing degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related field.
Amenable to render more than 200 hours.
Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
Basic understanding of IT concepts such as software, hardware, and networks.
Understanding of IT functions and best practices.
Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, MS Excel, and related business and communication tools.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to accurately follow instructions.
Can start ASAP.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php150.00 per day

Schedule:

8 hour shift
