Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to learn and contribute to various HR functions in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Help with employee engagement initiatives and events.
Maintain HR documentation and assist with data entry tasks in the HR management system.
Participate in training and development planning and execution.
Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.
Handle ad hoc HR-related tasks as required.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM934.82 - RM1,500.00 per month
