Get to know the role:

Your role as Intern, Human Resource is responsible in assisting the Section’s Head managing administration activities of Human Resource Department of Jaya Grocer to:

To support day-to-day activities of the Human Resource function.

Key Responsibilities:

To assist in all operational and administrative HR activities, delivering efficient service and support.
Ensure quality and integrity of the HR filing system by keeping all HR records, information and files clearly labelled, organised and confidential.
Maintain staff personal files and ensure that all have up to date information.
Support the full cycle of payroll processing, including data entry, calculation and distribution.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates, including new hires, terminations and changes to pay rates.
To assist on any letter preparation and distribution including but not limited to movements, verifications and to statutory bodies.
Update, track and maintain internal HR documentation and perform any ad hoc duties when assigned to.

You should have:

Candidates must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
Attention to details, able to work under minimum supervision, resourceful, meticulous and self-driven.
Organised and with a high sense of responsibility.
Willingness to learn and be proactive. A positive attitude is a must.
Good computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to work well with other teammates.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: From RM1,000.00 per month
