PRIMARY DUTY:
Provide complex executive-level administrative assistance to the City Manager's Office, including greeting citizens and dealing with a diverse group of internal/external customers either over the phone or in-person. Plans, schedules, and coordinates meetings and official travel; intercepts, researches, and resolves citizen complaints; assists with special projects; performs all office administrative functions, including budgeting, purchasing, and correspondence. Serves as the liaison between the City Manager's Office and Department Directors and is responsible for highly confidential and sensitive information.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Public Administration, Finance, Business Management, or other related field.
