Qualification:
- Currently pursuing or fresh graduate with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Business Management or other related field;
- Prior internship experience in HC is a plus;
- Familiar with Office365 and Google Suites;
- Communicative, attention to detail, honest, organized and reliable;
- Able to work independently or in a team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for employees administrative process and other related tasks;
- Provide accurate and up to date employee information, and regularly maintain personnel data;
- Draft, circulate, and archive employee documents such as employment contracts, NDAs, bonding, etc.)
- Prepare ID cards, nametags and business cards for new and existing employees;
- Handle registrations, additions, and deactivations for BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan;
- Organize and catalog company procedure documents, ISO audit documents, etc., in a neat and systematic manner, both in physical and digital formats.
