We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for calling clients to endorse and promote the products and services of Globe. This internship provides a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and client relations while working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Outreach
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients to introduce and endorse our products.
- Engage clients in conversation to understand their needs and how our products can meet them.
Product Knowledge
- Learn and understand our product offerings to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Prepare to answer questions and provide information about products during calls.
Sales Support
- Assist the sales team in identifying potential leads and maintaining a database of client interactions.
- Support follow-up activities with clients after initial contact.
Feedback Collection
- Gather client feedback on products and services to share with the sales team.
- Assist in documenting client responses and suggestions for improvement.
Administrative Tasks
- Help with data entry and maintaining accurate records of client communications.
- Support the team in preparing reports and presentations as needed
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous exposure or experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly phone demeanor.
- Ability to build rapport and engage clients effectively.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly motivated and eager to learn about sales and marketing.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
