Dust Busters Plus is a private Wildland Firefighting company. We are looking for applicants who can handle a fast-paced and high-stress environment for the duration of the wildfire season. Your work would directly help Wildland Firefighters, the forests, and your community.

Primary Duties Include:
- Reaching out to applicants via phone to explain the application and training process for entry-level Wildland Firefighting.
- Calling current employees for status updates and emergency fire dispatches.
- Answering phone calls that come into the office from a variety of recruits, current employees, vendors and government agencies.
- Manage the dispatch process for Firefighting crews and equipment, ensuring timely and effective responses to wildfire emergencies.
- Support day-to-day operations by coordinating logistics, resource allocation, and scheduling.
- Perform general administrative tasks including but not limited to HR duties, employee onboarding, progress tracking, and maintaining both physical and digital files.
- Facilitate clear communication between crew members, office management, and external agencies to ensure seamless operations during Firefighting efforts.
- Perform efficient data entry for all company operations, including employee training records, crew activities, equipment allocation and communication history.
- Answer questions about entry-level Firefighter training and assist recruits in the hiring process.
- Assist in organizing Field Trainings to ensure team preparedness and skill development.
Available hours range from part time to overtime. Whatever time you are willing to commit will be a huge help to our Firefighters. You set your own hours, and we are very accommodating with school schedules.
