Job description
Candidate must possess a Master's Degree. Mental Health Professional must be licensed or provisionally liscensed and registered with Louisiana State Board of Social Workers, or State Board of Counselors in Louisiana.
The Mental Health Professional will:
Provide CPST, PSR and sometimes crisis intervention services to clients (children and adults), as assigned.
Meet service hour requirement/expectations.
Maintain up to date Treatment Plans.
Submit re-authorization information to supervisor by the designated deadline.
Submit accurate and complete progress notes within the agency timeline.
Face-to-Face supervision by supervisor is required by state guidelines for all non-licensed individuals.
Assist and support clients with crisis.
Maintain weekly appointments and effectively plans work, and works independently, as needed.
