Job Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels (e.g., job portals, social media, and referrals).
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist with job postings on various platforms and ensure they are updated regularly.
- Support administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, including preparation of offer letters and documentation.
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned by superiors, including data entry, report generation, document preparation, and general office support.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and eager to learn new skills.
