Job Description
Summary:
The intern will learn on supporting request and eacalating issues using ticketing system. Also, the intern will learn on documentation and compiling on claim reports.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to tickets within the ticketing system.
- Escalate cases to the Level 2 support team when necessary.
- Compile claim reports, ensuring both hard copy and digital records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Follow up with customers to ensure all issues are resolved satisfactorily and provide updates as needed.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia;
- Have knowledge or experience in IT equipement.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Detailed oriented and good interpersonal skill.
- A fast & willing learner with a pleasant personality.
