This position is based in Kuala Lumpur, and will bepaid a basic salary and a commission on sales.

Job description

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain and apply a high level of genetic product knowledge
Curate genetic research information
Contribute to research and development efforts for genetic tests
Manage sales activities
Interpret genetic reports to customers
Provide customer service and support
Engage in sales and marketing initiatives to promote products and services.
Create marketing content to promote genetic tests

*Please note: This is not a lab-based position.

Requirements:

Diploma/degree in any discipline. Biotechnology/biomedicine/biology/bioscience/life science field a plus.
Excellent communication and persuasive skills, strong team skills.
Excellent customer service, desire to acquire knowledge and drive to succeed
Independent, highly motivated and ability to adapt to change easily and function in a highly stressed, demanding environment.
Must speak and be proficient with English/Chinese/Malay language.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
