Job Responsibilities:

Prepare sales quotation and handle customers’ enquiry on products and pricing.
Contact clients for necessary supporting documents, follow up on requests and any other operational issues via calls and emails.
Learn the HRDF application process to support clients with any issues.
Assist with HRDF documents preparation, submit to clients, and follow-ups with BD team.
Learn to create XPM and maintain up to date & accurate sales reports and records.
Issue, monitor, and send payment advice for clients and/or event participants.
Assist with commission calculations for the Sales & Marketing team.
Assist in any other ad-hoc task as required (especially during event preparation).

Job Requirements:

Degree in Business Administration, or other related fields.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills for client relationship building.
Proactive, self-motivated, and well-organized.
Positive work attitude with the ability to work independently.
Able to liaise effectively with associates and clients at all levels.
Proficient in computer skills.
Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required. Added advantage for candidates fluent in Mandarin.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
