Vulcury Venture Studio is a dynamic venture development firm that fully owns and manages a diverse portfolio of innovative businesses across multiple sectors. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant Intern to support our CEO and leadership team over a 12-week internship period. This role offers valuable hands-on experience, with the potential for a full-time position for outstanding performance. The position requires working during US business hours, with a preference for candidates based in Latin America or the Philippines.

Job Description:

As an Executive Assistant Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our CEO and leadership team by managing schedules, coordinating communications, and handling various administrative tasks. Your efforts will ensure our leaders stay organized, focused, and equipped to achieve their goals. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the inner workings of a venture studio while developing essential skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Organize and maintain the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings and appointments across multiple time zones.
Communication: Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence via email and phone.
Travel Coordination: Assist in arranging domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and managing itineraries.
Document Preparation: Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
Task & Project Management: Help track key tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and providing status updates to leadership.
Research & Reporting: Conduct research on various topics, providing insights and reports to support strategic decision-making.
Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, organizing documents, and managing expense reports.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: Some experience in an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar support role is preferred.
English Proficiency: Fluent spoken and written English, with an accent comparable to native American English speakers.
Skills:
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and work across time zones.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
Familiarity with remote collaboration tools, such as Zoom, Slack, and Asana.
Knowledge of travel coordination and logistics.
