We’re looking for a passionate Machine Learning & Data Analyst Intern to help us harness the power of data and innovation. Here's what you'll do:

Your Key Responsibilities

Data Engineering

Build data pipelines to gather raw data from various sources (databases, APIs, etc.).
Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Data Analysis

Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and patterns.
Use statistical methods to analyze and interpret data.
Create visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to present insights effectively.

Machine Learning

Support the development of machine learning models and algorithms.
Collaborate to refine existing models and experiment with new approaches.
Suggest ideas to improve data quality, model performance, and processes.

Reporting

Prepare regular reports summarizing key insights and performance indicators (KPIs).
Present findings to your team and management.

Database Management

Help develop and maintain databases.
Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data as needed.

Tool Proficiency

Work with tools like Excel, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.

Collaboration

Partner with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and engineers, to solve business challenges.

Problem Solving

Identify and fix data-related issues while proposing ways to improve processes.

Learning & Growth

Stay updated on data analysis trends and tools.
Look for opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge.

Documentation & Quality Assurance

Document processes and maintain analysis records.
Ensure accuracy and reliability of results through validation checks.

Ad-Hoc Analysis

Perform ad-hoc analyses to address team or organizational needs.

Requirement:

A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Benefits:

RM1,000.00 allowance per month
Working days Monday - Friday (9.00 am till 6.00 pm)
Flexible working location (home / office)
