Job Description

Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies) to produce SEO friendly contents.
Write clear marketing or educational copy to promote our products/services.
Create script and storyboard for video. Prepare well-structured drafts
Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
Post content to social media channels
Translate blog post to Bahasa Malaysia and/or Chinese
Submit work to content manager for input/feedback and approval
Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles and develop content for advertising campaigns.
Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website
Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience
Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
Gather data for analysis
Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies
Other administrative work assigned by manager or management

Job Requirements

Excellent writing and speaking skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Bachelor's degree in communications, law, marketing, English, journalism, or related field
Prior work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role will be an added advantage
Familiarity with web publications and multiple social media channels: FB, IG, Tiktok, YouTube
An eye for good design
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and fast-growing company
The ability to handle multiple projects and deliverables concurrently
