You will assist the finance department in various tasks, including financial analysis, data entry, claims, and preparing financial quotations/reports. Job Description

Track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
Create and review sales invoices, ensure accuracy and match for payments
Daily entry of financial transactions in accounting system accurately and timely
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable function
Provide accounting and clerical support
Assist with recording any inconsistencies to help the Accountants reconcile inaccuracies
Managing and reviewing employee expense claims to process reimbursements
Support office admin operations for all accounting and finance related tasks
Contact delinquent accounts
Stay current with all regulations, requirements, and laws

Job Requirements

Requirements

Degree in Accounting or Finance or any related Financial / Accounting major
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too.
Good attention to detail
Basic accounting knowledge
Self-motivated and a team player
Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
