Please note that this program is only for junior and senior college students who will be enrolled at a University this January 2025 pursuing a bachelor's degree. Proof of enrollment will be required. Possibility of full-time employment after graduating university.

Program Overview

The Junno Express Internship Program offers a dynamic opportunity for students in their third or fourth year of university to immerse themselves in the fast-paced world of shared transportation. Interns will gain valuable skills in business strategy, marketing, operations, and customer service, setting the foundation for a successful career in any industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth and Development

Assist in market research and analysis to identify new opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies to expand market reach.
Collaborate on scaling business operations and enhancing service offerings.

2. Marketing and Brand Management

Contribute to digital marketing campaigns and social media strategies.
Assist in content creation for various platforms.
Learn about customer engagement and brand positioning.

3. Operations and Management

Support business operations and logistics.
Help identify ways to improve operational efficiency.
Gain exposure to the management of resources in a dynamic business environment.

4. Customer Experience and Service

Design and refine customer service strategies.
Engage with customer feedback to enhance user satisfaction.
Learn the principles of delivering exceptional client experiences.

Requirements

Current college student in their third or fourth year of university.
Studying Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Strong interest in business growth, marketing, or operations.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Duties

Assist with administrative tasks and project management activities.
Collaborate with team members on ongoing projects, providing support and input.
Conduct research and gather data to assist in decision-making processes.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
Help maintain organized records and files for easy access by team members.
Engage in training sessions to develop skills relevant to the industry.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a degree program related to the field of interest.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new concepts and tools.
Previous internship or volunteer experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation

The first 4 weeks is a Commission-based pay trial period. Beyond these 4 weeks, pay is $17 to $20 per hour, plus monthly bonus based on performance.
Letter of recommendation from an executive director, upon successful completion of the internship.
Potential for full-time employment after graduating University.
