Responsibilities

Video Content Creation: Assist in producing engaging videos, shorts, and live-streaming content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Stories.
Social Media Posts: Help design and create static and dynamic social media posts, including graphics, images, and captions.
Creative Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop content ideas that align with our brand and target audience.
Video Editing: Support editing video content to ensure it’s polished, on-brand, and optimized for various platforms.
Graphic Design: Use tools like Canva or Photoshop to create visually appealing images and graphics for posts and promotions.
Community Engagement: Help respond to audience interactions and contribute to growing engagement through campaigns and creative responses.
Trend Analysis: Research the latest trends, challenges, and features on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to inspire new content ideas.
Content Scheduling: Assist in scheduling and publishing posts using social media management tools.
Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance metrics and provide input on optimizing future posts.

Job Requirements

Skill & Qualification:

Passion for Social Media: Avid interest in platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Creative Mindset: A knack for producing visually appealing and engaging content.
Basic Technical Skills: Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or InShot) and graphic design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
Trend Awareness: Awareness of current social media trends and platform best practices.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
