Duties

Assist Order Processing Department with customers concerns or order troubleshoot
Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
Communicate with warehouse make sure we have enough inventories before customers pick up order
Job shadow Sales Department for Product Demonstration Course
Utilize computer software for various tasks including typing reports and managing spreadsheets.
Collaborate with team members on special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
Support team members with To -Do Opening and Closing list

Skills/ Experience

Bilinugal Students are welcome to apply
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in clerical duties and familiarity with office equipment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in an office setting is a plus but not required.
A willingness to learn new software and tools that enhance office productivity.
