Job Description:

Assist in drafting agreements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the legal team
Support in reviewing agreements from other divisions
Conduct research on relevant regulations affecting the company's business
Provide day-to-day assistance to the legal team in handling various legal matters
Be proactive and contribute ideas in problem-solving discussions

Requirements

Final year law student or fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Law
Passion for learning and interest in corporate legal work
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
Previous internship experience in a startup or legal department is a plus, but not required
